The School of Population and Public Health creates, shares, and applies knowledge to solve problems that affect the health of everyone. Our students, faculty, and staff are dedicated to researching how to create safe and healthy workplaces and cities through:
  • Preventing and controlling the rapid spread of infectious diseases such as Ebola or influenza
  • Understanding the health needs of communities such as Indigenous peoples and sexual minorities
  • Investigating and improving the effectiveness of health systems
