On behalf of the CIHR Team in Supportive Cancer Care, we would like to invite you to participate in a knowledge exchange conference and workshop on June 14/15, 2012 in Vancouver, BC. The objective of this event is to share knowledge generated by co-investigators around survivorship care and policy, and engage Canadian research users in deliberative discussions on pertinent issues in cancer survivorship and care. In particular, we hope to foster new collaborative initiatives in survivorship research under the Canadian Cancer Survivorship Research (CCSR) Consortium. Your participation will help guide recommendations and priorities for further research in Canada.
